We believe that too many players are overlooked by the US soccer system today and not given a fair chance to continue playing, with semi-professional soccer not being as as important as it is in other countries in the world, many players, who have a very good ability, are not able to continue playing if they miss out on the MLS draft. Other than the National Premier Soccer League and USL League 2, there are very few opportunities available for rising stars maybe playing at a very good level in College Soccer, and even the leagues that are available to them are short, 3 month seasons compared to the 9 month, relegation/promotion style system in countries such as the UK and Australia. We decided to combat this by hosting football trials in the USA with the aim of helping players continue their careers at a high level overseas.
